My passion for food began as a child while watching my mom and grandmother in the kitchen. Growing up in a traditional Italian family my father wanted me to learn how to cook early on. Surprisingly I really enjoyed it. Sunday mornings were the BEST because that was when we would prepare our traditional Sunday dinner. The aroma of homemade sauce filled the house early morning with Frank Sinatra playing in the background. I knew back then that cooking and creating delicious meals would be my passion. I now enjoy sharing my gift with the world by catering events and family gatherings. I enjoy teaching what I have learned in my 40 plus years of experience that included owning and operating a restaurant for many years. How much advance notice do you need?
At least a month before.
Do you prepare Vegan or Gluten Free meals?
Yes upon request at an extra cost
How much of a deposit do you require?
50% up front and the balance within 24 hours of the event.
Do you have any testimonials of previous clients?
Yes here on my site
Do you accommodate food allergies or diet restrictions?
Yes must be agreed upon in advance. (additional cost)
Do you use local ingredients?
Yes as much as I can when available
Do you provide setup and breakdown for events?
Yes we set our meals up and clean up after.
Do you prepare kids meals?
Yes we provide FUN & Delicious delights for the young ones upon request
Do you prepare any Ethnic foods?
Yes I prepare Italian, Spanish, Mexican, Indian. Others upon request.
What is your cancellation policy?
At least 2 weeks prior with 25% deposit refunded. NO REFUNDS if notice is less than 2 weeks.
